Help for your passport.

Urban Passport is a city-discovery app for real places. You collect City Clues, travel to spots around the city, earn stamps when you arrive, answer a short on-site question, and unlock illustrated cards for your passport.

When you try to stamp a spot, the app checks whether your device is inside the place's geofence. If you are close enough, the stamp can unlock and the spot can move into your collected passport. Location is used for that check while you are playing.

In the app, go to You → Account → Delete. If you cannot access the app, email support@urban-passport.com from the address linked to your account and include that you want account deletion help.

Urban Passport uses location only while you are playing, mainly for the map and for stamp verification. There is no background tracking, no movement trail, and no live location sharing by default. Read the full privacy policy.
